Services

Using findings from psychology, mindfulness techniques and coaching tools, I help people with life transitions. I offer a supportive and non-judgmental approach to identifying what you deeply value and learning how to align your thoughts and actions with those values. I guide people to maximize their potential and move from coping to thriving.

  • We start with figuring out where you are right now.

  • I listen with empathy and without judgment.

  • Together we reflect on where you truly want to go and why.

  • We design safe steps for you to take on your path.

  • We celebrate your learning and help you move to what's next.

Let's find your vision and move toward it with self-compassion and energy.

one-on-one

My work with each person begins with an assessment to understand your needs and goals. From there, I tailor the program to your specific needs, incorporating relevant focus areas such as resource optimization, personal development, social development, and structural support development. Focus areas are adjusted as we work together.

We start with a free consultation to explore what you want out of coaching. Weekly 30-45 minute sessions are $50, and we usually arrange to meet for three weeks initially. For people from under-resourced environments, I use a steep sliding scale. Please inquire.

If you’re a parent, please call to ask me about your young person and if coaching is right for them.

If you are a young person, you can reach out directly for a consultation (however, parental permission is needed for a coaching engagement for those under 18 years of age).

workshops

Get together in a small groups of like-minded, age-related peers. Work individually and in the larger group to identify what you care about and how to get more of it into your life. Through guided exercises, open discussion, and expressive art making, participants will explore issues like stress management, motivation and self-care. These workshops incorporate evidence-based curriculum.
